Clint Stokes is a former Army officer who after getting out of the military attended college in Texas on a full art scholarship. His first love was modern design sculpture. Clint was most influenced by Calder and his mobiles. Clint has studied all art mediums. About 15 years ago, he stumbled into the possibilities that glass presented as an all around art medium. Upon retiring from the corporate world where he indulged in the art medium through use of the computer, he and his wife, Della, decided to indulge their love of glass art and open a glass supply shop that also creates custom art and repairs damaged glass art. The shop also contains a classroom area for those who wish to learn to create their own pieces of art from glass.

Della is a third generation teacher. She has taught in both the public school system and in the corporate world. Della developed a passion for three dimensional stained glass art and has fallen in love with fusing glass. The two of them split the classroom teaching duties in creating art from glass in the following areas: stained glass (foil or lead), mosaics, painting on glass, fusing, lamp working (bead-making), and sand carving (deep glass etching). Both of them love sharing their knowledge of the various mediums available for working in glass. They often have different preferences on how to achieve the same end result and will be happy to share both opinions with others as to why they feel that way.
