Laptop screen fuzzy monitor problem?
Hey i just brought a laptop of a friend and i knew there was a problem with it that's why i got it for £75 anyhow when i got it home i turned it on and the laptop was fuzzy yellowish colour that kept changing when i lift the screen up and down so i got a VGA cable and connected it to my 24inch monitor and it worked perfectly so i kind of figured it wasn't nothing to do with the graphics card or the motherboard.
then i thought it might be the wires leading up the laptop through the hinges and they might of got crushed and rubbed and connection between them came apart in places or something.
(im just guessing here)
so im asking if you think its worth me opening it so i can see if im right or wrong and if i am right i can take it collage and use the solder irons there to fix it back up again so i don't have to pay for a repair.

It's probably just a loose cable in there. I'd pop it open if you're confident enough to not break it and see if it might be.
