Opaque Mosaic
Can I apply mosaic glass tiles to glass without using opaque grout?
I have some beautiful turquoise glass tiles, and I want to use them to do mosaics on glass candle holders for centerpieces. I would like to avoid using opaque grout, because I want the glass tiles to pick up every bit of light possible. But I am not experienced enough to get the tiles extremely close together (I'm breaking them and using oddly shaped pieces). Could I use epoxy? Or is there a clear type of grout or some type of glue that would work? If so, does anyone know specifics of what to get and how much it would cost? I'm looking to do this for a lot of centerpieces for my wedding. Thanks!
yes try epoxy not epoxy grout just epoxy read mixing instructions silicone will work but not for long it will just get you threw the day oh and wear gloves and have fun
