Nasty Pollen stains on my car's paint... How to remove them?

Hello,
It appears as though, tree pollen has bonded with my car's paint creating little spots. I have searched for methods or products to remove them but nothing sees to come up. If you have any idea of how to get rid of this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

note: this is not the pollen that sits on top of the paint... this kind has actually fused with my car's paint and it takes A LONG time [scrubbing and washing] to get rid of it. Good news.. it can be taken off but after spending tons and tons of time. My arms hurt :(

It may or may not be too late, but I've found that bugs, tar and sap (found at most auto shops and walmart) works miracles.
