Vintage Swarovski
Need advise- I bought a pair of Swarovski Italian Designer jeans for $620 at a very prestigious boutique and I
just found out they are not authentic. They actually are a pair of Miss Me Vintage Jeans that had been transformed to make them look as the brand I paid for.
The front button was replaced by a crystals button, a fabric label (with the designer logo) was placed on top of the Miss Me embroidery, a Miss Me logo inside the right front pocket was covered with some black ink or something like it, and crystals (which I doubt are Swarovski) were glued to the jeans to sale them as Swarovski Jeans and to cover the holes from the Miss Me rivets that were also removed and to cover the M embroidery on the right back pocket. Should I take legal action against them?. I went today to check if they still carry these Jeans and there are tons of them in their stores, the have 4 boutiques in 2 high fashion cities of USA
No offense but if you spent over 600 bucks to willingly wear a designers name on your ass then you almost deserve to get ripped off.
